This shows the Balanced Scorecard ability to Modify the Organizational Tree
- The Tree Icons can be exchanged for WYSIWYG Gauges and the maximum Tree Width can be adjusted.
- The font size can also be changed in either the tree or the Textboxes.

- In this mode the Monthly data is shown depending on which Initiatives grid cell was clicked on.
- If you clicked on a merged cell then the monthly data would be shown for all rows inside the merged cell.
- Cell merging can be changed by clicking on the Initiatives Grid column header which sorts the grid by the column.
