In this example we are in the Scorecard Lists section and we want to change the text of one item.
- We clicked on the item in the grid and are changing the text in the textbox.
- We can see that this usage is zero, but know that it was in use then every occurrence would be changed.

In this example we are importing data and have chosen to import Employees into the Organizational Tree.
- We selected 'Strategic Plan Tree' as the Import Type and are using the Browse facility to select the file.
- We only wish to import two entries from this file, but may import more at a later date.

- We Browsed to locate the file and clicked on the Read-File Button.
- Then we positioned the cursor on the Organizational tree and selected 2 rows to import.
- Then we clicked the 'Save Selected Import Rows' Button and the software imported the rows.

In this example we are importing data and want to import KRA/KPI style statements into the List called KRA.
- We Browsed to locate the file and clicked on the Read-File Button.
- Then we noted that many of the rows had already been imported and selected 1 row to import.
- We will then click the 'Save Selected Import Rows' Button and the software will import one row.

Importing Scorecard Lists
When setting up a Balanced Scorecard, the ability to import both Employee and List-Based Column data can get you off to a fast start.
The File format is CSV (Comma Separated Values) and we provide some test files so that you can copy the file structure.
When Importing you can choose the rows to import and then return later to choose additional rows from the same file.
