US$320 "Quick-Start" consulting package:
We study all your relevant documents and produce an initial "Strategic Picture" (Vision Statements and Strategy Map), plus we will import existing material into your Balanced Scorecard.
It is normal that you will want to make improvements to these over time as this is normally initially a three day process with ongoing components.
This price is based around a minimum of 8 person-hours work which frequently extends to more than 10 hours.
Payment by International Bank Transfer:
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, our bank details are located on the
Contact Details Page.
You must add on the amount of your own bank fees.
We also get charged US$16 by our bank at this end and you must pay half of this.
Final Payment Amount = Software License Cost + Your Bank Charge + US$8.
Strategic Plan Contributor Discounts:
We are interested in providing a US$50 discount towards a software license for anyone who can produce academic quality Strategic Plans that we can include as an example in our software download.
Vision/Mission Statements + Strategy Map + Balanced Scorecard
Your author's name and details can be entered into the Vision/Mission module and also onto the Strategy Map and are retained in the download.

If accepted we will offer the discount and ask that you create an XML export for us to import into our download.
Australian Customers:
You are defined as an Australian Customer if the owner address is located inside Australia.
The price quoted is in Australian Dollars and you will need to add on the GST amount (Goods and Services Tax).
