Where are the Dashboards?
This software was designed to be highly adaptable so there is not one-rigid-solution-for-everybody.
This means that it is slightly harder to learn because the names and grid columns can be changed, but when you are familiar with the system you can make more changes and contact us for other possible changes or adaptions.
Objective and Initiative Grid Gauges
The Primary Dashboard facility is the Objective and Initiative grid Gauges. This is a numeric feedback system that displays in the Strategy Map and Organizational Tree.
The Strategy Map is the Ultimate Dashboard
Everything is derived from the Strategic Picture and hence it is in the Strategy Map that the dashboard should be located.
This system provides the Strategy Map WYSIWYG feedback loop Facility and the user can drive this in different ways as required.
The Drill-Down Dashboard module is similar to the Balanced Scorecard display module with the tree replaced by the search facility.
Charts Module
The user-driven charting and graphing facilities are the secondary dashboard.

Free Microsoft Dot Net Framework V2
This software runs under the dot net framework Version 2 (or higher).
This is the Vista version of the framework so if you are running Windows 2000, or Windows XP SP1, then you will probably need to download this.

Importing Org. Tree & Scorecard Column Data
We have provided in the Balanced Scorecard module, the ability to import an Entire Organizatioinal tree, Individual Employees and List-Based Column data, to help get you off to a fast start.
The File format is CSV (Comma Separated Values) and we provide some test files so that you can copy the file structure.
When Importing you can choose the rows to import and then return later to choose additional rows from the same file.
