License Upgrades and Technical Support.
- Upgrade your license by simply paying the price difference plus a US$50 admin fee.
- A US$100 annual technical support fee is required after 12 months has expired.
- A US$45/hour fee applies for assistance with organising your Strategic Plan data.

Using the software with Windows Vista Operating System.
- The software runs under the MS .Net Framework version 2 which is the Vista version of the framework.
- The software is developed on a Vista computer.
- Hence the software automatically works under Vista, and we have customers who are using Vista.
- Any internal security issues with Vista must be set correctly and we do not provide advice on this.
- Vista has some Video driver problems, depending on your PC. Please advise us of any problems found.

Using the software with Open Office.
- The software does not need Microsoft Office or Microsoft Access and we have customers who use Open Office.
- It is absolutely essential that all the service packs be carefully installed as per the installation walkthrough document on our downloads page.
- If you intend making heavy use of the software, then we strongly suggest that you use Windows XP with ServicePack 2 and install all the Microsoft updates.
- We have found that some Open Office customers have experienced data corruption. We do not know the state of their computer system but we do know that in some cases that the fault was cured by installing MS Office/Access 2003 or higher. If you do experience this problem you may need to seek help from a local professional.
- Our data export provides output in CSV, RTF and HTML formats which do not require MS-Office.
